Mike focuses on our service delivery and is the lynchpin behind our quality management and governance. Through the defining and refining of best practice models and principles internally, Mike is able to impart this knowledge working with our customers needing strategies around quality management, business change, transformation and governance. He has extensive experience in business development and helping organisations reduce costs; improve quality, efficiency and effectiveness. He was appointed Executive Director in 2010.
Mike has worked on both sides of service provision with a work history of internal delivery and third-party outsource engagements. He has the unique experience of running a business as a CIO and delivering services into an organisation from an outsourcing position.
His mission at LinuxIT is to deliver a standard framework and benchmarking assessment model for best practice Linux. In doing so he is able to live out his passion – helping organisations mature through governance and best practice strategy.
Mike is married with a daughter and in his spare time enjoys reading best practice methodologies and biographies. He is also an avid Gloucester RFC fan..
