Red Hat - Advanced Business Partner

Red Hat and LinuxIT have an alliance with a goal to extending commercial Linux
adoption and support into the enterprise. Red Hat has awarded LinuxIT Europe Advanced Partner status, in recognition of LinuxIT’s contribution to Red Hat’s success in the UK.

JBoss

LinuxIT are resellers of JBoss Middleware Solutions. The functionality of JBoss combined with the low cost of JBoss makes it the the Middleware Solution of choice.

Ubuntu – Solution Provider

LinuxIT were the first Silver Partner with Ubuntu / Canonical. LinuxIT. LinuxIT has demonstrated that they have significant experience with selling, installing and supporting Ubuntu-based solutions.

Acronis Software Partner

Acronis is the market leader in software for disk-imaging backup and recovery, partition management, and boot management software. It also develops software for virtualization migration and conversion, for the purpose of migrating a physical server to a virtual server (such as VMware), or what is also termed P2V. Acronis True Image Echo Server for Linux delivers greater flexibility and value for SMB, remote office for Linux® server backup and disaster recovery.

Bacula Systems – Approved Partner

Bacula is a set of Open Source, enterprise ready, computer programs that permit you to manage backup, recovery and verification of computer data across a mixed network environment. LinuxIT is the only Bacula Systems Partner in the UK.

The Microsoft Partner Program offers a single, integrated partnering framework that recognizes LinuxIT’s expertise. Our partnership with Microsoft is an important part of the foundation for driving specialization and segmentation to our customers.

Smoothwall is a Linux distribution that offers a combination of firewall and content filtering. LinuxIT perceives Smoothwall to be one of the strongest Linux Security products available. LinuxIT has been working with Smoothwall since its inception in 2000.

LinuxIT partners with Kerio Technologies UK to provide Kerio MailServer, a popular cross-platform messaging product, to its customers.

Zimbra

Zimbra is open source server software for email and collaboration - email, group calendar, contacts, instant messaging, file storage and web document management. The Zimbra email and calendar server is available for Linux, Mac OS X and virtualization platforms. Zimbra syncs to smartphones (iPhone, BlackBerry) and desktop clients like Outlook and Thunderbird. Zimbra also features archiving and discovery for compliance. Zimbra can be deployed on-premise or as a hosted email solution.

The Xen hypervisor, the powerful open source industry standard for virtualization, offers a powerful, efficient, and secure feature set for virtualization of x86, x86_64, IA64, PowerPC, and other CPU architectures. It supports a wide range of guest operating systems including Windows®, Linux®, Solaris®, and various versions of the BSD operating systems.

Spacewalk

Spacewalk manages software content updates for Red Hat derived distributions such as Fedora, CentOS, and Scientific Linux, within your firewall. You can stage software content through different environments, managing the deployment of updates to systems and allowing you to view at which update level any given system is at across your deployment. A clean central web interface allows viewing of systems and their software update status, and initiating update actions.

SCO Unix

SCO is the provider of SCO Unix, a software technology for distributed, embedded, network-based, and mobile systems. LinuxIT offers SCO OpenServer for small to medium business, UnixWare, and SCO Mobile Server for enterprise applications and digital network services. Increasingly LinuxIT is providing support for SCO systems as well as migration from SCO to Red Hat Linux systems.

IBM AIX Unix

IBM AIX Unix is an open, standards-based operating system that conforms to The Open Group's Single UNIX Specification Version 3. It provides fully integrated support for 32- and 64-bit applications. The AIX operating system provides binary compatible support for the entire IBM UNIX product line including IBM Power Systems, System p, System i, pSeries, iSeries servers as well as the BladeCenter JSxx blade servers and IntelliStation POWER workstations. AIX also supports qualified systems offered by hardware vendors participating in the AIX Multiple Vendor Program.
