This service delivers a comprehensive audit of a single Cluster environment. A formal report details all findings and recommends actions to address any specific areas of concern.

- Are unsure whether their existing Cluster is functioning correctly, and need the confidence that it will behave as expected under certain failure conditions.
- Have had a number of changes made to their Cluster, and need to know that it is still capable of meeting their needs.
- Are experiencing problems with their Cluster, and need to understand what is wrong and how best to address those problems.
Additional services can also be provided to deliver new Cluster implementations and, for example, the integration of additional applications into an existing Cluster.
Service Scope
The service comprises an on-site audit of the Cluster environment and configuration, and a formal written report which is completed off-site upon completion of the audit.
Deliverables
- Execution of the Cluster configuration on-site audit is by a skilled technical consultant who has extensive experience of Clusters and of many different types of highly available Clustered environments.
- Detailed Healthcheck Report of all audit findings and recommendations.
- Optional final meeting with the customer to review the Healthcheck Report.
- Optional proposal to address specific areas of concern.
Exclusions
- Any Cluster installation or Configuration activities.
- Any failover testing or other disruptive activities, including remedial work required to address issues Identified during the health check.
